Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (if not sooner) of receipt of order, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.
All items are shipped on a next working day service. Delivery will normally take place between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Damaged Items and Incorrect Items
Please check all items at time of receipt and advise of damage immediately on 0151 608 8011 ideally whilst the delivery person(s) are still on site.
All damage and incorrectly shipped items must be notified within 24hrs of receipt. In all instances please KEEP ALL PACKAGING for inspection and take photographs to document the damage.
Free Delivery on orders over £100.00
All orders over £50.00 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK*. For all other delivery destinations shipping costs will be incurred according to the weight of items purchased. Please contact us for more details.
For orders under the value of £100.00 a set carriage fee of £9.95 will be applied.
*Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands,Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and any any other Islands not listed may incur a delivery charge based on weight. Please telephone Digital Showers on 0151 608 8011 PRIOR to placing an order for an up to date cost of shipping.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, with the exception of special order items, we will offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to Digital Showers or if instructed the supplier in perfect condition and accompanied by the order confirmation. Digital Showers / Wetrooms Online Ltd. is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes due on returned goods. Please take into account postage and shipping times when returning goods.
We recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery when returning products since Digital Showers / Wetrooms Online Ltd. and the Supplier will not be responsible for Products lost or damaged in transit. Return postage will be refunded only if products are faulty or an error has been made on the part of the Supplier or Digital Showers / Wetrooms Online Ltd..
Digital Showers / Wetrooms Online Ltd comply with the distant selling regulations, however we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee (up to 25%) of the original cost purchase price for items that are returned and that we cannot resell as 'new'. This can include but is not exclusive to:
- Items returned in damaged / ripped packaging
- Items returned in non-original packaging
- Items returned incomplete
- Items returned due to lack of delivery access and / or access to the room of installation.
It is the senders responsibility to make sure the returned item is correctly and sufficiently packed to prevent damage in transit.
Items damaged in return transit to Digital Showers / Wetrooms Online Ltd (or the supplier) may result in a reduced refund dependent on the condition up to 100% of the price paid.
Special order items are nor-returnable unless they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit.
